Never Forget Raclette

Sometimes, all you really want after a hard day's work is molten cheese on bread, lots of wine, and jelly babies for dessert. Fortunately, this week Julien brought in his raclette machine, a massive lump of cheese, wild-strawberry liqueur, and some Palace vodka for Michael. Also, as luck would have it, Joshua had just been on a wine raid in Beaujolais, and Andrew was still working his way through the mountain of jelly babies. (See Gathering of Gourmands.) The photos tell the story of hot cheese, sliced bread, fruity wines, cold vodka, and magnetic tops levitating over confectionery infants.
